Key to a good presentation

The first impression last, what people think of you will impact on how someone evaluates your offerings. Often, good work alone is just not good enough. Charisma can be learned over time with practice, but the essential trait of a good presenter is empathy.

The lesson I've learned, Avoid telling your client what they can get out of your offering, and be mindful on how you let them know why they should value them. Structure your presentation with a pair of what & why, construct your offering with rationale, not examples.
