To have vision, is to have long term goals, a vision unify talents to a single purpose for success. Elon Mask spark his in Tesla; named after Nikola Tesla. However, it was Thomas Edison's who inspired Elon.

Thomas Edison won with a lesser product in DC technology and later purchased Tesla's AC design for mass market adoption. Nikola has the better product, but Thomas was the better businessman. Elon Mask did both, he executed his vision - but Elon Mask is a rare breed... most of us will have to team up.
