Time-sheet never worked

I've been working for media agencies all around the world, and I've noticed that they all started using data with time-sheet, frankly, it is a poor introduction of digitization to your organization.

The immediate response from a talented team on managing with time-sheet is; how am I going to hack it. Time-sheet would only generates false positive data, where none of what you tracked matters to your business, but it sure does damage your relationship with your team, it's poison to your team culture.

if your team resist the system, the system has already failed at the start, as it only provides perceive value of data; in reality, it makes your organization slower.

Time-sheet causes fear on data usage.

There is this thing about applying A.I to track productivity instead of time, but then again, if you put this system in front of a bunch of talented group of people, they are going to "PR" the living hell out of this A.I. - it's not the answer.

Use team orientate tools for operation efficiency & focus your data tracking on the business side. The source of team productivity is culture.
