Drawing from my experience, online-2-offline (O2O) is a customer experience focused marketing strategy - executed by integrating our legacy production mediums with today's popular digital platforms. Such effort requires both offline and online talents working hand-in-hand to build a seamless, continuous customer's purchasing journey.


Today's landscape focus heavily on one over the other, discarding the critical insight of how to connect the two aspects into one single offering. A new partnership is necessary between digital development and offline production. In today's fast-changing market, one cannot survive without another.


Content is still king, but the engagement experience for any brands need to live in both landscape, especially in a unique market in Hong Kong.

A happy balance grows our market so we all win.
